I too started taking Ultram for fibromyalgia pain and paresthesias in my arms. It quickly became very addictive. Well I have been taking it for a year now It is the only thing that helps with my break-thru fibromyalgia pain I take a tramadol 2x day along with a loritab I have chronic back pain I have had 3 failed back surgeries I just wish it would all go away and I would have my pain free life back. What a wonderful way to look at it. Certain drugs can be life changing. They made me hurt worse. Breakthrough pain, and rebound.
