I drink a glass of wine and take one or two benadryls -- no prescription needed. I did this on anxiety flight earlier this year to Hawaii and it worked like magic!!! So if you don't want a prescription try those little pink and white pills!
Xanex - no generic! Pay the extra couple of bucks for the real thing. Two glasses of wine work like a charm for me!!! I've heard the Lorazepam is the best anxiety drink with it!!!
