What is the suitable dosage of Xanax to control a panic attack for flying? It usually calms me down but doesn't totally control the fear especially at take off and landing and turbulence. Is Xanax better than Lexotanil and in which dosage since it's how much xanax to take to fly a continuous treatment? I'm flying really soon and unfortunately don't have time to consult a psychiatrist. I have used Xanax for this. I hate to fly too, and I'm the same that taking off and landing is the worst for me, although I hate when they circle the airport too!

I usually take Xanax 0. Since I get motion sickness as well, I also take Meclizine 25mg at the same time but if you are sensitive to medications, this may make you very sleepy since they both can cause drowsiness. It isnt a problem for me but I want to add that as a heads up. I have flown with just the meclizine and I find it how much xanax to take to fly when will phentermine be out of my system on its own without the Xanax, for me.

It helps to calm me and helps with the motion sickness too. It is better if I take both though. Meclizine is available OTC but you usually have to ask for it at the pharmacy counter.
