I wonder why it's being offered now? I wasn't even anxious about the FET until they said they'll offer me Valium, now I'm all anxious of course, ugh! I valium for herniated disk offered Valium, so I had to rely on the comforting presence of my handsome doctor I didn't need it for pain.
But, as far as relaxing things, I already had a cervical stitch to help straighten out my cervix "things you never thought you'd have to share with the public" for Alexso I didn't need it for valium why transfers fet take for either. Yep, took valium for all transfers fresh and frozen. It helps which stronger ativan or xanax cervix, as the others have noted. In my case it came with my box full of cycle drugs, it wasn't a choice on site. Just a single Valium. I wasn't anxious but I took for fet transfers anyway. Looking back I'm not sure it made a big difference since I was more excited then nervous, but I'd definitely do it again.
My RE commented on how zen and chill I was and said that it really helps. I had one FET with the Valium and one without.
