Bringing diazepam into thailand

I am completing my first ever long haul flight into Bangkok in November but I am a nervous flyer and therefore have to have sedatives on the flight mostly as a comfort blanket, I might never need themjust so that if I panic I don't cause a nuisance to people around me. However, I know Bangkok is not the place to get it wrong, I ambien care in seaford de have a small number of tablets 10 but they are similar to Valium, I will keep them in original box and get a letter from GP, does anyone have any other advice? I have never had a problem with prescription into thailand. As you have said, keep them in "into thailand" original packaging and you will be fine. Enjoy your trip, and try not to worry! Should have no problems If you are bringing prescribed bringing diazepam into thailand into Thailand you should be able to prove that these have been prescribed by your doctor or similar qualified and registered person.

Hi First time poster To help i took 11 xanax the long and often uncomfortable travel around SE Asia but hey thailand gives you good stories to tell I intend to take some diazepam aka valium with me and probably pick up some more in Bangkok. I'm a tall lad so sleeping on coaches is thailand very difficult, if not impossible for me. Any tips, advice, warnings, greatly appreciated. Thanks all. That's an interesting one because I had some valium on me last week and came through Poipet and had my bag searched by the Thais for the very first thailand and I've come through that border on many occasions. Like you I only use this stuff for long uncomfortable bus journeys as it's a godsend when the seat tramadol made me sick and dizzy ricketty and the karaoke is on full bringing diazepam into for 8 hours. I don't believe you can legally buy diazepam in Thailand bringing diazepam into and I think it is illegal to possess it so you can imagine I was sweating as this guy took a cursory look through my backpack. If you have a valid prescription it's a different matter but in my case I'd purchased them in Cambodia where almost everything can be bought in the pharmacy.

I will need to take with me Fluoxetine and Diazapam. You should have obtained a permit to bring the diazepam into Thailand not sure about the other drug you mentioned. You're probably too late now but here's the website anyway:. I suspect many people travel with controlled substances without knowing they need a permit and checks are rare. You'll probably be ok with the Dr's note but you might want to email the Thai narcotics control people for official advice tnarcotics fda. Maybe do that anonymously. I've just had another look at the website and diazepam is a category 4 psychotropic so I don't think you need an actual permit. Have a look through the details yourself though. The drug is classified as a psychotropic substance according to the Psychotropic Substances Act B.

A New Zealand-born teenager spent two harrowing nights in a Thai jail after being caught with drugs he didn't know were illegal. More than six weeks later he is still stranded in the country, waiting to be called to court. For the first 24 hours behind bars Taylor Laird, 17, sat cramped and alone in a windowless "shoebox" cell. For the second he was moved to a juvenile jail where he forced himself to stay awake - too scared to sleep as the only foreigner. He and 10 mates were on a "schoolies" trip away to celebrate graduating from Sydney's Davidson High School. His family moved to Australia from Wellington when he was a child, but he is a New Zealand citizen. Taylor said he suspected the taxi was stopped in the Kathu area because it was partly on the footpath. A police officer found a packet of diazepam pills on Taylor, which the teenager was shocked to learn was illegal. Under Thailand's Psychotropic Substances Act , possession of a "schedule IV" drug such as diazepam is illegal without a prescription.

I am a very anxious flyer so my doctor has prescribed diazepam for my first flight slone. Do I need to do anything special ie.

Into bringing thailand diazepam

I bringing diazepam into just wondering if anyone knew what the rules were for taking thailand drugs in to Thailand? If you have any meds that the doctor has prescribed keep them in their original packaging and get a letter from your doctor listing them. Essentially, these laws define and thailand all drugs into one of several "classes". Each class has it's own xanax and cyclobenzaprine together rules about the import, licensing, etc. However, there are some drugs that DO in fact require a formal permit for entry.

I'm flying back to England soon and I was going to get some Valium for the flight, is that into thailand ok thing to do? Like going through the Thai customs it wont be a problem will it? I've done bringing diazepam, for flying, can't see it bringing diazepam into thailand be a problem I think they would be concerned catching other types of drugs I would not take a "ton" of them with you Red Wine.
