I have been on 40mg a day for several years, lidocaine topical, so I've been taking Adderall for 4 or 5 monthes now after Strattera doing squat - and while it doesn't really help with my concentration much anymore - I still take it until I make another dr appt to keep me awake during the day and believe it or not -- to clear my horribly allergic sinuses.
