It's been 4 months now since I've taken Ambien. After reading through all the posts other people have made, I can say for sure now that it's exactly what I experienced too.

It's a long story but I've had trouble falling asleep for quite a while along with some other sleep problems. I started getting really weird and emotional with friends and family, being really pessimistic about things in my life and was almost paranoid about things in general. I was not being myself and started acting like a weirdo most of the time. It really was like hell for a while.

I would wake up finding out I had texted and called people after taking the Ambien with having no memory of it at all. I would even wake up with food wrappers all over my bed with no memory of eating, I seriously thought someone effects depression playing a joke or something at first.
