L an object used or intended for use in ingesting, inhaling, or otherwise introducing marihuana, cocaine, hashish, or hashish oil into the human body, including:. A a general or special hospital as defined by Section B an ambulatory surgical center licensed under Chapter and approved by the federal government to perform surgery paid by Medicaid on patients admitted for a period of not more than 24 hours; or.

C a freestanding emergency medical care facility licensed under Chapter A a principal compound commonly used or produced primarily code use in the manufacture of a controlled substance.
